Qualifications
A minimum of three (3) years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or closely related business experience is required.A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field is mandatory.Experience in FP&A within the healthcare sector is highly preferred, showcasing a solid grasp of financial management, including DCF, ROI analysis, and resource allocation.Proficiency in advanced Excel functions (e.g., Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, charts, macros, and complex formulas) to efficiently clean, manipulate, and analyze data for actionable insights is essential.Demonstrated intellectual curiosity with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, and an ability to convert complex financial data into actionable insights is preferred.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.

The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst is a vital contributor to the Risant Health Finance team, playing an essential role in the creation and analysis of financial assessments for Risant Health and its affiliated entities. This position operates under the mentorship of senior finance professionals and engages in cross-functional collaborations.
As a key individual contributor, the FP&A Analyst will assist in the formulation of budgets and forecasts, alongside ongoing performance analytics and management reporting. Additionally, this role may involve conducting financial evaluations for potential acquisitions by Risant Health. The FP&A Analyst is responsible for delivering precise analyses promptly, identifying risks, and communicating them to leadership for consideration.
Core Responsibilities:
Budgeting & Performance Analysis: Support the budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis process by collecting data, generating reports, and pinpointing financial risks and trends. Collaborate on monthly closing activities and develop reports to aid leadership in decision-making.
Capital & Economic Planning: Assist in creating capital and economic plans throughout Risant Health and its affiliates. Facilitate scenario modeling and ensure alignment of capital requirements with enterprise standards.
Financial Evaluation & Strategic Investments: Aid in constructing financial models (e.g., cash flow, NPV, IRR) to assess new initiatives and acquisitions. Monitor value realization and collaborate on investment cases and strategic business decisions.
Reporting & Communication: Prepare and present financial insights and recommendations to senior management. Effectively communicate complex financial information to support strategic decision-making.
