The Role
We are in search of a driven, analytical, and collaborative FP&A Manager to become an integral part of our dynamic Finance team at Khan Academy. This pivotal role will facilitate financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes within the organization, especially focusing on grant-funded initiatives to ensure that budgets and forecasts align with funder requirements, program goals, and overarching organizational priorities.
The FP&A Manager will report to the Director of FP&A and will collaborate closely with various teams across the organization—including but not limited to Philanthropy, Partnerships, and International—managing budgets and forecasts. You will blend strategic insight with hands-on execution, emphasizing the continuous enhancement of our forecasting and reporting processes. This is an ideal position for someone who thrives on problem-solving, enjoys cross-team collaboration, and is passionate about optimizing resources for a mission-driven organization.
