Your Role
As the Financial Reporting Manager, you will oversee all facets of our financial reporting processes. Your main responsibility will involve preparing and distributing financial reports in accordance with internal management standards and GAAP. You will be tasked with maintaining the integrity of our financial records and designing scalable reporting processes that evolve with Brex. This role requires cross-functional collaboration in a detail-oriented atmosphere, where innovative problem-solving is highly valued. You will be expected to manage multiple priorities concurrently, ensuring quality, accuracy, and completeness are never compromised.
Work Environment
This position is based in our Seattle office. We embrace a hybrid work model that combines the dynamic energy of in-office collaboration with the flexibility of remote work. Currently, we require employees to work at least two coordinated days in the office each week, specifically Wednesday and Thursday. Starting February 2, 2026, this will increase to three days in the office: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
