Your Responsibilities:
Generate detailed and competitive cost estimates for commercial fire alarm and low-voltage systems in Richland Hills, Texas
Assess blueprints, specifications, and bid documents for completeness and accuracy
Conduct material, labor, and equipment takeoffs using AutoCAD and/or Spincad
Design fire alarm and low-voltage systems as required to aid estimating processes
Collaborate effectively with sales, engineering, and operations teams to align project strategies
Identify risks, cost-saving avenues, and value engineering solutions
Assist in proposal development and client presentations as needed
Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors
Contribute to successful bidding strategies for large-scale projects
