Floor Supervisor (Season 2026)

As a Floor Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in the daily organization and supervision of the housekeeping team, ensuring that guest rooms and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness, order, and presentation that characterize the Luxury Collection brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize, lead, and supervise the housekeeping team in daily operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to high standards
- Train and support staff in procedures, standards, and best housekeeping practices, fostering the professional development of the team
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests or comments, ensuring an excellent hospitality experience
- Manage and monitor cleaning supplies inventory, ensuring sufficient materials and proper resource usage
- Conduct regular and detailed inspections of rooms and public areas, ensuring compliance with cleanliness, organization, and maintenance standards
- Uphold and implement hygiene, safety, and operational protocols, ensuring full compliance with hotel standards
- Collaborate with other departments to keep informed about room status, guest preferences, and any technical issues
