Your Role Includes:
- Delivering outstanding customer support through chat and email
- Fostering positive and enduring relationships with customers
- Achieving team KPIs
- Staying informed about the latest technological advancements
- Safeguarding sensitive customer information
- Implementing best practices for customer satisfaction
- Maintaining a strong understanding of our clients' products and services
- Collaborating with developers and various IT departments
Qualifications for Success:
- Native proficiency in Kazakh and fluent in English (B2 level)
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in customer support
- Personal or professional experience in cryptocurrency is essential
- Strong analytical and research capabilities
- A proactive and responsible mindset
- A personal laptop/computer (minimum 8GB RAM) and a reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with CRM systems
