Job Summary
Join our dynamic team at Sihamco as a meticulous and strategic Food & Beverage Cost Controller. In this pivotal role, you will take charge of managing and supervising all facets of cost control within our food and beverage operations. Acting as the vital guardian of the F&B department, your responsibilities will encompass precise inventory management, cost oversight, and ensuring adherence to company policies, all while promoting profitability and operational excellence. You will collaborate closely with Finance, Procurement, and F&B teams to meet budgetary goals and uphold quality benchmarks.
Responsibilities
- Lead engaging Menu Engineering Meetings with the F&B team, analyze Cost of Sales, and compile insightful daily, weekly, and monthly reports aimed at enhancing profitability.
- Monitor and regulate F&B costs to align with budget expectations.
- Conduct thorough analyses of daily, weekly, and monthly cost variances, and address discrepancies, waste, and operational inefficiencies.
- Supervise physical stock counts and ensure accurate reconciliations between POS, inventory control, and accounting systems.
- Maintain precise recipe costing, item pricing, and system master data.
- Partner with Procurement to identify cost-effective, premium-quality products.
- Oversee supplier pricing and negotiate advantageous fixed-term contracts as necessary.
- Deliver accurate and timely month-end reports to the Financial Controller or F&B Director.
- Ensure compliance with company protocols, audit standards, and local regulations.
