This position calls for an energetic and commercially astute professional who comprehends market dynamics, excels in corporate networking, and engages socially. You will collaborate closely with both the Sales and F&B teams to craft innovative and profitable business strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure food and beverage business opportunities, including corporate dining, social events, private parties, and group bookings.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients, embassies, event planners, and local enterprises.
- Advocate for restaurant concepts, special promotions, seasonal menus, and lifestyle events.
- Conduct sales outreach, site tours, and client presentations.
- Coordinate with F&B Operations to ensure the flawless execution of confirmed events and bookings.
- Draft proposals, quotations, and contracts in accordance with hotel policies.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and new dining concepts.
- Assist in marketing initiatives and collaborate on promotional campaigns.
- Meet assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
- Maintain precise records in the CRM system and generate regular sales performance reports.
