As the Forex Country Manager for the Philippines, your primary responsibility will be to craft and implement strategic initiatives aimed at bolstering our market presence in the Philippines. You will spearhead business development efforts, oversee sales strategies, cultivate partnerships with Introducing Brokers (IBs), and drive client acquisition. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in the forex industry, a robust professional network, and a demonstrated history of achieving success in similar positions.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Expansion & Business Growth: Formulate and execute strategies to enhance DB Investing’s market share in the Philippines.
Sales & Business Development: Lead sales initiatives, secure new clients, and foster relationships with high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors.
IB & Partner Network: Utilize existing contacts and recruit new Introducing Brokers (IBs) to improve our market penetration.
Revenue Generation: Propel revenue growth by consistently meeting and surpassing sales targets.
Team Leadership: Build and nurture a high-performing local sales and business development team.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all business operations adhere to local regulatory requirements.
Brand Awareness: Represent DB Investing at industry events, networking opportunities, and market discussions to enhance brand recognition.
