Your Role
As a force multiplier for our senior leadership team, you will take ownership of key outcomes and establish an operational framework that accelerates our growth.
1) Leadership Support & Execution
Serve as a day-to-day liaison for senior management, managing follow-ups, prioritization, and ensuring closure on critical tasks
Translate ambiguous challenges into actionable plans with clear timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables
Lead cross-functional special projects encompassing operations, finance, recruitment coordination, internal communications, and logistics
Prepare comprehensive briefs, updates, decision memos, and meeting notes to ensure alignment across teams
2) Operational Cadence & Systems
Develop streamlined systems to enhance predictability in execution (tracking, documentation, SOPs)
Establish a robust internal “operating rhythm” featuring weekly priorities, reporting, and accountability
Identify recurring challenges and implement solutions to reduce team overhead
3) Cross-Functional Problem Solving
Proactively address the highest priority tasks each week and deliver results independently
Facilitate coordination across time zones (SF/Berlin) to ensure effective communication and quick turnarounds
Assist in key moments such as hiring and onboarding coordination to ensure seamless integration of new team members
