Job Summary
We are seeking a meticulously organized, analytical, and proactive Founder's Associate to collaborate closely with the CEO and facilitate execution across various ventures.
In this pivotal role, you will serve as a strategic operator and execution partner, converting high-level concepts into structured plans, systems, and tangible results. Your responsibilities will include managing cross-company initiatives, establishing operational frameworks, creating internal dashboards and documentation, and eliminating operational bottlenecks, allowing the founder and teams to concentrate on growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Project Execution
- Lead the execution of critical initiatives across real estate, hospitality, and SaaS ventures.
- Transform high-level strategic visions from the founder into concise plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful implementation and measurable outcomes.
- Enhance execution velocity across various business initiatives.
- Operations & Systems Development
- Design and implement scalable operational systems, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and playbooks.
- Develop and manage a centralized operations hub and knowledge repository.
- Spot inefficiencies and enhance workflows through automation and process optimization.
- Establish systems that empower the companies to scale effectively.
- Cross-Functional Coordination
- Facilitate project coordination between internal teams, contractors, vendors, developers, and partners.
- Ensure initiatives remain aligned across various business units.
- Monitor project timelines, progress, and deliverables to sustain execution momentum.
- Data, Reporting & Insights
- Create dashboards and reporting systems to monitor business performance and operational metrics.
- Organize operational data across ventures and generate actionable insights.
- Support strategic decision-making through research, analytics, and reporting.
- Growth & Opportunity Development
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis within the real estate, hospitality, and SaaS sectors.
