About Us: At Clipbook, we are on a mission to transform how leaders engage with the world. As the front-runners in the vertical AI category, we cater to the $100 billion communications, public relations, and public affairs sectors. Since our inception in 2023, we have emerged as the largest AI entity in our niche, backed by prominent investors including Mark Cuban.
With a bootstrapped journey to our first million in ARR and hitting profitability ahead of our $3.3 million seed round, we’re currently expanding at a rate exceeding 10% month-over-month, expecting to triple our ARR this year. Our clientele includes over 200 organizations, such as the Boston Consulting Group, Weber Shandwick, and the Gates Foundation, as well as numerous government agencies nationwide. We are gearing up for our Series A funding round in early 2026.
Your Role:
Architect & Build Core Backend Systems: Lead architectural decisions within our backend stack (Python, Node.js, PostgreSQL). Take ownership of features from conception through deployment, ensuring user reliance on your creations. We encourage a pragmatic mindset—“strong opinions, weakly held”—especially as we navigate critical foundational decisions.
Design Scalable Data Infrastructure: Develop and maintain pipelines for the ingestion, normalization, indexing, and querying of extensive multi-modal datasets spanning news, social media, policy, and more.
Develop Performant APIs and Services: Create robust interfaces and internal services that ensure reliability and security, delivering a seamless customer experience.
Integrate AI into Workflows: Productionize LLMs and classical ML models for high-uptime applications, including prompt execution, embeddings, and RAG pipelines.
Collaborate with Users: Engage with customers to understand their challenges and iterate quickly to provide impactful solutions for communications and public affairs teams.
