Founding Business Development Representative

We are seeking a dedicated Business Development Representative (BDR) to become an integral part of our Buenos Aires team. You will take charge of lead management, customer conversion, and account management, reporting directly to the founder, with opportunities for career advancement to Head of Operations.
Your Role
You will represent Silver.dev to our clients, managing over 20 active accounts to ensure satisfaction, maximize service utilization, and anticipate client needs. You'll also participate in intake meetings with prospective clients and assist in generating new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance a sales CRM to manage leads, communications, and follow-ups for securing new clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create active and passive lead funnels.
- Adopt and refine the organization's sales playbooks.
- Establish the foundations of the sales department, with your role being critical to the team's development.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in B2B account management, preferably in tech, recruiting, SaaS, or professional services.
- A proactive, solution-oriented profile with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple relationships simultaneously, focusing on customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Strong presence in meetings with both current and potential clients.
- Exceptional command of English (both oral and written) at B2+ or C1 level.
- Bonus: Experience in B2B sales.
