About the Opportunity
Dandy is expanding internationally, and we are seeking our inaugural Commercial Account Executive in Spain. This is a pioneering role where you will not only close deals but also help lay the groundwork as we make our debut outside the US.

This role is hands-on and impactful, where execution, curiosity, and resilience are essential.
Your Responsibilities
Manage the entire sales cycle: qualify, discover, and successfully close new SMB clients.
Proactively seek out and engage with dental practices to drive new client acquisition.
Act as a founding voice in defining Dandy’s sales strategies, messaging, and processes for the Spanish market.
Regularly monitor and report on activity, pipeline, and performance metrics using Salesforce.
Develop a deep understanding of dentistry and become an expert in Dandy’s offerings and value propositions.
Collaborate closely with senior sales leadership to meet revenue goals and refine key performance indicators.
Operate with urgency, accountability, and a proactive approach in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications We Seek
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, including at least 1 year in a full-cycle closing role.
Experience in a high-growth startup or scaling environment is highly desirable.
Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations with limited structure and resources.
Strong organizational skills with disciplined pipeline management practices.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
