About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial Founding Go-To-Market (GTM) Specialist to establish Cerve's pipeline and revenue engine from the ground up. This role combines the skills of an Account Executive and a growth hacker who is experienced in building from scratch, familiar with the 0-to-1 process, and adept at quickly identifying effective strategies.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with our CEO and founder, generating pipeline, conducting experiments, closing deals, and developing scalable GTM strategies to drive Cerve's growth.
Your Responsibilities
As our Founding GTM Specialist, you will be responsible for generating pipeline and driving revenue growth, creating repeatable processes that enhance Cerve's traction. You will work directly with the CEO and founder to discover what approaches work best, develop a comprehensive playbook, expand the pipeline, and manage deal navigation.
Rapidly Build Pipeline: Source, experiment with, and scale innovative outbound and inbound strategies. Identify and develop effective channels.
Manage the Entire Sales Cycle: Engage with technical stakeholders from initial contact through to closing the deal.
Establish Repeatable GTM Processes: Document successful strategies, eliminate ineffective ones, and create a scalable engine for growth.
Lead Discovery and Deal Navigation: Position Cerve as the preferred platform for automation in the food industry.
Relentless Experimentation: Test unconventional growth strategies that others may overlook.
Explore New Verticals and Use Cases: Identify opportunities to broaden Cerve's target market.
