The Role:
We are seeking a talented Founding Growth Marketing Manager to craft and expand our go-to-market messaging, enhance our brand presence, and develop a compelling growth narrative. You will be responsible for shaping how the market perceives Prosper AI—from the first interaction on our website to the final contract signing. Collaborating closely with the founders, sales, product, and design teams, you will build a powerful and sustainable marketing engine. This role offers significant impact and visibility, with potential growth into a VP-level position.
This position requires full-time, in-person attendance in New York City.
Key Responsibilities:
Revamp and relaunch our website, focusing on content, structure, and visual branding.
Establish a case study engine showcasing real customer successes and quantifiable ROI.
Implement a robust LinkedIn and content strategy aimed at healthcare billing leaders.
Cultivate our brand voice, including copy, tone, color schemes, and design elements.
Design and execute a conference strategy, encompassing booth design and presentation topics.
Oversee public relations efforts targeting our ideal customer profile: providers, billing companies, and payors.
Translate product capabilities into clear, credible positioning and messaging.
Qualifications:
3 to 6+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, preferably within AI, SaaS, or healthcare.
Proven track record of leading marketing for a technical product and developing go-to-market assets from the ground up.
Exceptional skills in writing, storytelling, and brand development.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
