Your Role
As a Founding Operations team member, you will set the gold standard for operational excellence within the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to construct the clinical infrastructure that underpins our care delivery. The systems and processes you develop will influence every aspect of the patient experience, from initial intake and onboarding to revenue cycle management.
Working closely with the CEO, Chief Clinical Officer, and our clinical teams, you will play a vital role in shaping and executing the operational framework of the company. This position is ideal for a versatile generalist who thrives in dynamic environments, is adept at rapid problem-solving, and deeply values the importance of quality healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
- Patient Intake Operations: Spearhead and refine patient scheduling, referrals, and intake processes across various channels.
- Eligibility & Benefits: Guarantee precise coverage checks and benefit guidelines for nutrition services, including referrals, telehealth regulations, and plan restrictions.
- Revenue Cycle Management: Manage coding, claims submission, payment processing, and denial prevention to enhance reimbursement success.
- Process Quality & SOPs: Develop and uphold workflows, scripts, and quality standards to boost consistency, accuracy, and response times.
