This Role
We are on the lookout for a dynamic Founding Partnerships Lead to cultivate and expand Dust's partner ecosystem within the US market. In this pivotal position, you will forge and nurture partnerships with Technology Partners—covering integrations, AI/ML platforms, and data providers—as well as Solution Partners—agencies, consultancies, and implementation firms specializing in AI deployment. You should bring a blend of practical partnership development experience and strategic insight, thriving in a fast-paced AI environment.
This is a unique 0-to-1 opportunity where you will lay the foundation for Dust's US partner ecosystem. Collaborating across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and the Executive Team, you will design programs that enhance customer acquisition, boost product adoption, and drive revenue growth, particularly within the mid-market and enterprise sectors of AI deployment.
As you establish partner-market fit and show measurable impact, you will have the chance to lead a North American partnerships team, stepping up from a hands-on builder to a strategic leader.
