The Role
Following the successful validation of our product and operational model internationally, we are now making our way into the US market from San Francisco. Your mission as the Founding GTM Lead will be to spearhead the introduction of Athena AI Agents in the US.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving Athena’s commercial success across America. Your efforts will include securing our most significant US clients, establishing the positioning and sales strategy for Athena within enterprise markets, and setting the benchmark for excellence as we expand.
This position demands a hands-on approach, granting you real ownership over the entire sales process. You will engage directly with founders and product teams, shaping the future of our US sales organization—from messaging and sales motions to team hiring and culture. You will not inherit a pre-existing playbook; instead, you will create one.

What You’ll Own
Complete ownership of Athena's revenue generation in the US.
Closing strategic deals with early-stage and design-partner clients in HR, Finance, Operations, and Transformation.
Defining the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), market segmentation, and product positioning for the US.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and drive success.
