The Franchise Business Consultant plays a pivotal role in guiding and mentoring franchisees as well as the Operations team to realize both immediate and long-term objectives for the company. This is a field-based position that requires residency in or relocation to the Cincinnati, OH area. By leveraging extensive knowledge of restaurant operations and staffing resources, you will provide essential advice and support to franchise owners/operators aimed at enhancing sales, profitability, operational standards, and system efficiencies while ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained or exceeded. You will also ensure compliance with IDQ policies and standards, garnering support from the DMA chairpersons and other key franchisee leaders to achieve operational targets. Engaging with functional experts as necessary, you will also offer assistance to other departments when required.
Planning
- Successfully implement and execute the Worldwide Operations Business Plan for a specific District, encompassing a rolling 1-, 2-, and 3-year plan. Develop a comprehensive district-wide business plan that includes integrated marketing, operations, training, development, and supply chain strategies.
- Where appropriate, establish and enact effective business plans with franchise owners in the district, providing necessary counsel and support to ensure plans meet specific goals aligned with ADQ’s Operations and Marketing Plan.
Consulting
- Advise and guide franchisees in managing marketing performance through effective collaborations with relevant departments, vendors, and fellow franchisees.
- Ensure franchisees are optimally positioned for consistent performance in shift management, food safety, quality, service, cleanliness, maintenance, and overall atmosphere, in line with the Operations Business Plan and ADQ’s operating standards.
- Deliver impactful advice to enhance the financial health of franchisees.
- Collaborate with ADQ staff to ensure both new and existing franchisees are equipped to develop and implement effective investment and renewal strategies.
Additional Responsibilities
- Assist other departments/functions as needed.
- Support new store openings as required.
- Complete ad-hoc projects as necessary.
The national base salary range for this position is $95,120 - $116,522, with eligibility for a performance bonus. This range reflects the targeted hiring range for various US locations. Individual compensation is determined based on job-related skills, location, and relevant education or experience.
