Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Fraud Operations Manager who will report directly to the Senior Director of Fraud Investigations. This key role involves enhancing the operational processes of the fraud team and fostering effective collaboration with other departments such as Member Support, Product, Engineering, and Security. The ideal candidate will define processes, develop playbooks, and monitor team productivity metrics.
The successful candidate will demonstrate outstanding verbal and written communication skills, coupled with a strong analytical mindset for problem-solving. Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to make informed recommendations to senior management while meeting tight deadlines is essential. This role demands meticulous attention to detail, excellent project management capabilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
