Role Overview
As a Data Science AI Trainer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing GenAI models, helping them tackle specialized queries and develop advanced reasoning capabilities. Your contributions will be vital in various projects.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Crafting original computational data science problems that replicate real-world analytical workflows across diverse sectors (telecom, finance, government, e-commerce, healthcare).
- Developing challenges that necessitate Python programming solutions (utilizing libraries such as pandas, numpy, scipy, sklearn, statsmodels, matplotlib, seaborn).
- Ensuring that the problems are computationally demanding and cannot be solved manually within a reasonable timeframe (days/weeks).
- Creating challenges involving complex reasoning chains in data processing, statistical analysis, feature engineering, predictive modeling, and extracting insights.
- Formulating deterministic problems that yield reproducible answers, avoiding stochastic elements or applying fixed random seeds for exact reproducibility.
- Grounding problems in actual business scenarios: customer analytics, risk assessment, fraud detection, forecasting, optimization, and enhancing operational efficiency.
- Designing comprehensive problems that encompass the entire data science pipeline (data ingestion → cleaning → exploratory data analysis → modeling → validation → deployment considerations).
- Incorporating big data processing scenarios requiring scalable computational solutions.
- Validating solutions using Python with standard data science libraries and statistical techniques.
- Documenting problem statements with clarity, providing realistic business contexts and verified correct answers.
