Key Responsibilities
While each project presents unique challenges, contributors may be required to:
- Develop complex physics problems that reflect real-world applications;
- Assess AI solutions for accuracy, underlying assumptions, and limitations;
- Validate computational results or simulations utilizing Python (NumPy, Pandas, SciPy);
- Refine AI reasoning processes to ensure alignment with industry standards;
- Implement structured scoring metrics for multi-step problems.
Candidate Profile
This role is ideal for physicists who possess Python programming skills and are interested in part-time, non-permanent project work. The ideal candidates will have:
- A degree in Physics or a related field, such as Engineering Physics, Thermodynamics, Statistical Mechanics, Optics, or Acoustics;
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in physics;
- Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2);
- Strong Python skills for numerical validation tasks;
- A reliable internet connection.
Professional qualifications (e.g., CPhys, EurPhys, MInstP) and experience in international or applied projects will be considered advantageous.

Project Commitment
For this project, tasks are expected to require approximately 10–20 hours per week during active phases, contingent on project demands. Please note that this is an estimate and not a guaranteed workload.
Compensation
- Compensated contributions, with rates of up to $42/hour*
- Fixed project rates or individual rates may apply based on project specifications;
- Some projects may include incentive payments.

Higher rates may be offered for highly specialized expertise, while lower rates may be applicable during onboarding or non-core project phases. Payment specifics will be provided for each project.
