The Opportunity
At AimHi Earth, we ignite a passion for learning and action on critical issues.
Our mission addresses the significant challenge of insufficient curiosity and action regarding the climate and nature crisis. This is a core reason why society often fails to engage in meaningful, informed action.
AimHi Earth aims to reshape the understanding of the climate emergency, mobilizing millions of nature-first advocates and promoting a transition towards a sustainable and regenerative economy.
We are dedicated to ensuring that individuals and organizations worldwide grasp the full scope of the climate and nature emergency and are inspired to affect positive change, thereby fostering a healthier, cooler, and greener future for all.
At AimHi Earth, we pride ourselves on being a:
- small, dynamic, and highly motivated team.
- Founded by three passionate nature-first leaders (predominantly women) committed to shaping a better future.
- Supported by prestigious organizations such as Cambridge Zero (University of Cambridge), Nature4Climate, UNEP, and the Eden Project.
- Advised by renowned experts including Sir Jonathan Porritt and Dr. Cécile Girardin.
- Trailblazers in delivering a leading interactive live-learning experience, engaging tens of thousands with remarkable retention and engagement rates.
- At the forefront of rapid mindset transformation, demonstrating significant measurable behavior change.
- Collaborating with major clients, from influential companies to Fortune 500 leaders (including Unilever, Sky, CapGemini, BBC, NHS).
We are currently looking for thoughtful, collaborative, and diligent Climate & Nature Researchers & Writers to expand our freelance writing team as we aim to scale our impact from tens of thousands to millions.
Your primary focus will be to ensure our content resonates with corporate and institutional audiences while maintaining integrity and a compelling narrative.
