At CXG, a global leader in customer experience, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with iconic luxury brands such as Genesis, Maserati, Jaguar, Bentley, and more. We assist premium brands in enhancing their customer experience through insights derived from real evaluations.
We are expanding our network of collaborators in Portugal and are looking for responsible, organized individuals who pay attention to detail. You will be tasked with conducting customer experience evaluations at dealerships and retail points in the Faro area.
This is a project-based freelance collaboration. Missions are compensated, well-structured, and assigned based on the collaborator's geographic location. Participation can be ongoing or occasional, depending on your availability.
Role Overview
As a Freelance Customer Experience Evaluator, you will assess real customer experiences and provide structured feedback via our digital platform.
Each mission is clearly outlined and typically lasts about 20–30 minutes, making this opportunity ideal for students, young professionals, or anyone seeking a flexible activity that fits around other commitments.
Key Responsibilities
