Role Overview
As a Data Science AI Trainer on our platform, you will work on cutting-edge projects aimed at enhancing GenAI models to tackle specialized queries and complex reasoning tasks. Your contributions will help shape the future of AI through real-world applications.
In this role, you will typically:
- Design innovative computational data science problems that reflect real-world analytical processes across various sectors (telecommunications, finance, government, e-commerce, healthcare).
- Develop problems that necessitate Python programming skills (utilizing libraries such as pandas, numpy, scipy, sklearn, statsmodels, matplotlib, seaborn).
- Create computationally demanding problems that cannot be resolved manually in a reasonable timeframe (days/weeks).
- Construct problems that require complex reasoning chains involving data processing, statistical analysis, feature engineering, predictive modeling, and extracting insights.
- Ensure problems yield deterministic solutions: avoid stochastic elements unless fixed random seeds are used for exact reproducibility.
- Base problems on genuine business scenarios: customer analytics, risk assessment, fraud detection, forecasting, optimization, and operational efficiency.
- Design comprehensive problems that encompass the entire data science pipeline (data ingestion → cleaning → exploratory data analysis → modeling → validation → deployment considerations).
- Integrate big data processing challenges that call for scalable computational strategies.
- Validate solutions using Python with standard data science libraries and statistical techniques.
- Document problem statements thoroughly, providing realistic business contexts and verified correct answers.
