Opportunity Overview
Each project presents distinct challenges, where contributors may be tasked with:
- Creating complex electrical engineering problems that mirror industry practices.
- Assessing AI solutions for accuracy, underlying assumptions, and constraints.
- Validating calculations or simulations utilizing Python (NumPy, Pandas, SciPy).
- Enhancing AI reasoning to conform to industry-standard logic.
- Implementing structured evaluation criteria for multi-step challenges.
Desired Qualifications
This role is ideal for electrical engineers with Python expertise who are looking for part-time, non-permanent project opportunities. Ideal candidates will possess:
- A degree in Electrical Engineering or related disciplines such as Electronics, Microelectronics, Embedded Systems, Power Systems, etc.
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in electrical engineering.
- Exceptional written English skills (C1/C2 level).
- Strong proficiency in Python for numerical validation.
- A reliable internet connection.
Professional certifications (e.g., PE, CEng, EUR ING, RPEQ) and experience in international or applied projects are highly regarded.

Project Time Commitment
Tasks for this project are estimated to require approximately 10–20 hours per week during active phases, depending on project demands. This is an estimate and does not guarantee a fixed workload.
Compensation
- Compensated contributions with rates up to $12/hour*.
- Fixed project rate or individual rates based on project specifics.
- Some projects may include additional incentive payments.

Higher rates may be available for highly specialized experts. Lower rates may apply during onboarding or non-core project phases. Payment details will be provided per project.
