Key Responsibilities
As a contributor, you will engage in various tasks, including:
- Crafting complex electrical engineering challenges that mirror real-world applications.
- Assessing AI solutions for accuracy, foundational assumptions, and limitations.
- Verifying calculations or simulations through Python libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and SciPy.
- Refining AI logic to meet industry standards.
- Implementing structured evaluation criteria for multi-step problems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
This role is best suited for electrical engineers with Python expertise, open to part-time, non-permanent projects. Preferred qualifications include:
- A degree in Electrical Engineering or related disciplines, such as Electronics, Microelectronics, Embedded Systems, or Power Systems.
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in electrical engineering.
- Fluent written English communication skills (C1/C2 level).
- Strong proficiency in Python for numerical validation.
- A reliable internet connection.
Professional certifications (e.g., PE, CEng, EUR ING, RPEQ) and experience in international or applied projects are advantageous.

Time Commitment
Estimated task engagement is approximately 10–20 hours per week during active project phases, subject to project needs. This is an estimation and not a guaranteed workload.
Compensation
Participants can earn up to $55 per hour, contingent on their expertise and contribution level. Compensation varies based on project scope, complexity, and required skills; other projects may offer different pay rates.
