Opportunity Overview:
Each project offers unique tasks, including:
- Formulating complex electrical engineering problems that reflect industry standards.
- Assessing AI solutions for accuracy, underlying assumptions, and limitations.
- Utilizing Python (with libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, SciPy) for validating calculations or simulations.
- Enhancing AI reasoning to meet industry logic standards.
- Implementing structured scoring frameworks for multi-step problem-solving.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
We are looking for electrical engineers with Python experience who are interested in part-time, non-permanent projects. The ideal candidates will possess:
- A degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields such as Electronics, Microelectronics, Embedded Systems, or Power Systems.
- A minimum of 3 years of professional electrical engineering experience.
- Strong command of written English (C1/C2 level).
- Proficient in Python for numerical validation purposes.
- A reliable internet connection.
Professional certifications (e.g., PE, CEng, EUR ING, RPEQ) and experience in international or applied projects will be advantageous.

Project Commitment:
Tasks are estimated to require approximately 10–20 hours per week during active project phases, depending on project needs. This is an estimation and not a guaranteed workload.
Compensation:
- Paid contributions at a rate of up to $15/hour*
- Fixed project rates or individual payment rates based on project specifics.
- Some projects may include incentive payments.
