What You Will Do:
- Craft intricate electrical engineering problems that reflect real-world professional practices.
- Assess AI solutions for accuracy, underlying assumptions, and constraints.
- Utilize Python libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and SciPy to validate calculations and simulations.
- Enhance AI reasoning capabilities to align with industry-standard logic.
- Implement structured scoring criteria to multi-step engineering challenges.
Who We Are Looking For:
This role is ideally suited for electrical engineers experienced in Python who are interested in part-time, non-permanent projects. The ideal candidate will possess:
- A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (e.g., Electronics, Microelectronics, Embedded Systems, Power Systems).
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in electrical engineering.
- Exceptional written English skills (C1/C2 proficiency).
- Proficient Python skills for numerical validation.
- A stable internet connection.
Professional certifications (e.g., PE, CEng, EUR ING, RPEQ) and experience in international or applied projects are a plus.

Compensation:
- Competitive pay for contributions, with rates up to $55/hour*.
- Compensation may be project-based or individual rates, varying by project.
- Incentive payments may be available for some projects.
