Overview of Responsibilities
Each project presents unique challenges, where contributors may:
- Craft complex electrical engineering problems that mirror industry practices.
- Assess AI solutions for accuracy, underlying assumptions, and operational constraints.
- Utilize Python (NumPy, Pandas, SciPy) to validate calculations or simulations.
- Enhance AI reasoning capabilities to conform with industry standards.
- Employ structured evaluation criteria for multi-stage issues.
Candidate Profile
This role is ideal for electrical engineers with Python experience seeking part-time, non-permanent project work. Preferred qualifications include:
- A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline such as Electronics, Microelectronics, Embedded Systems, or Power Systems.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in electrical engineering.
- Proficient written English skills (C1/C2 level).
- Strong Python skills for numerical validation.
- Reliable internet connection.
Professional certifications (e.g., PE, CEng, EUR ING, RPEQ) and involvement in international or applied projects will be considered advantageous.

Project Time Commitment
Estimated task duration is roughly 10–20 hours per week during active project phases, contingent on project needs. This is an estimate and not a guaranteed workload.
Compensation Details
- Payment for contributions, with rates up to $33/hour*.
- Compensation may be fixed per project or based on individual rates.
- Incentive payments may be offered for certain projects.
*Note: Rates are influenced by expertise, skill assessments, location, project demands, and additional factors. Higher rates may be available for highly specialized professionals. Lower rates may apply during onboarding or non-critical project phases. Payment specifics will be provided for each project.
