Opportunity Overview
Each project presents distinct tasks; contributors may be involved in:
- Creating complex electrical engineering challenges that mirror real-world professional scenarios.
- Assessing AI solutions for accuracy, foundational assumptions, and constraints.
- Utilizing Python (NumPy, Pandas, SciPy) to verify calculations or simulations.
- Enhancing AI reasoning capabilities to meet industry-standard logic.
- Implementing structured scoring criteria for multi-faceted problems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
This opportunity is suitable for electrical engineers with Python experience who are open to part-time, non-permanent projects. The ideal candidates will possess:
- A degree in Electrical Engineering or related disciplines such as Electronics, Microelectronics, Embedded Systems, or Power Systems.
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in electrical engineering.
- Proficient written English skills (C1/C2 level).
- Strong command of Python for numerical validation.
- A reliable internet connection.
Holding professional certifications (e.g., PE, CEng, EUR ING, RPEQ) and experience in international or applied projects will be considered advantageous.

Project Commitment
For this project, tasks are estimated to require approximately 10–20 hours per week during active phases, based on specific project requirements. This is an estimation and not a guaranteed workload, applicable only while the project is ongoing.
Compensation Details
- Compensated contributions, with hourly rates up to $50/hour*
- Fixed project rates or individual rates, depending on the project
- Some projects may offer incentive payments

Higher rates may be available for highly specialized experts, while lower rates may apply during onboarding or non-core project phases. Payment specifics will be communicated per project.
