Role Overview:
As a Freelance Junior Journalist - AI Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in training AI models to enhance their understanding and generation of human-like text. This role transcends traditional writing; you will be developing content that educates AI on reasoning, logic, nuance, and clarity.
Contributors will engage in a variety of tasks, including:
- Creating original, well-structured, and fact-verified responses in accordance with project guidelines.
- Designing prompts that push the boundaries of AI capabilities.
- Establishing comprehensive scoring criteria to assess the accuracy of AI-generated answers.
- Adhering to style and quality standards to maintain consistency.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
This opportunity suits those interested in part-time, non-permanent projects. The ideal candidates will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Linguistics, Literature, or Education, providing a solid foundation in grammar and stylistic nuances.
- A minimum of 1 year of professional experience in Journalism, Communications, PR, or a related field, demonstrating strong critical thinking and text management skills in English.
- Proficiency in written English at C1/C2 level.
- A reliable internet connection.
