Mindrift specializes in connecting experts with project-based AI opportunities for top technology firms, concentrating on the assessment, evaluation, and enhancement of AI systems. This role is project-based and does not guarantee permanent employment.
Project Overview:
Each project may consist of varied tasks, including but not limited to:
- Creating prompts that rigorously test AI capabilities;
- Assessing AI-generated responses for accuracy, underlying assumptions, and logical reasoning;
- Enhancing AI logic to better align with foundational principles and established standards;
- Utilizing structured scoring systems to evaluate complex problem-solving tasks.
What We Seek:
This role is ideal for legal consultants or attorneys experienced in US law who are open to part-time, temporary project work. Preferred qualifications include:
- A law degree (Bachelor, J.D., LLM, FLLM) from a US institution;
- At least 2 years of legal practice experience within US jurisdiction;
- Exceptional written English skills (C1/C2 level);
- A reliable internet connection.

Project Commitment:
During active phases, contributors can expect to dedicate approximately 10–20 hours per week, depending on project demands. This estimate is subject to change based on project activity.
Compensation:
Participants can earn up to $35 per hour, contingent on their expertise and contribution pace. Note that compensation may vary across different projects based on scope and complexity.
