Key Responsibilities:
- Sales:
- Achieve sales targets during events and maintain an exceptional sales-per-hour rate.
- Enhance brand visibility by showcasing your in-depth product knowledge.
- Exhibit an entrepreneurial spirit while adhering to company guidelines.
- Customer Service:
- Lead by example to promote the renowned Tilbury Touch and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Team Collaboration:
- Foster a positive and cooperative work environment, supporting colleagues and encouraging open communication.
- Operational Excellence:
- Ensure the counter and displays are consistently “customer ready” throughout business hours.
- Uphold high hygiene standards by regularly cleaning display units, tools, and testers.
- Assist in maintaining optimal inventory levels, including stock counts and timely replenishment.
- Support visual merchandising efforts and new product displays in collaboration with the Sales and Artistry Executive.
- Contribute to the execution of in-store events and maintain communication with the brand field team regarding any needs or concerns.
- Manage your schedule effectively, ensuring accurate timekeeping through the payroll application.
