As a freelance specialist in Operations and/or Maintenance within the Chemical or Mining & Metals sectors, your expertise is crucial in our efforts to safeguard individuals, assets, and the environment, making you an integral part of our mission.
Are you the right fit?
In collaboration with client-engagement teams, you will partner with our dss+ colleagues to mentor individuals at all levels, driving meaningful behavioral changes in safety and risk management practices across operations.
Your background in operational risk management, combined with your coaching skills, will enable you to foster enduring cultural and behavioral transformations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the dss+ team to uncover the root causes of client safety and productivity issues through comprehensive analysis of metrics and observations, and devise, communicate, and execute solutions.
- Engage directly with clients to identify their challenges and develop and implement tailored solutions to address their needs.
- Coach small groups within the organization to instill genuine cultural change and enhance behavioral safety practices.
This project is short-term, offered on a freelance/contract basis, requiring on-site presence with the client five days a week for the duration of the engagement.
