We are on the lookout for a Freelance Product Designer to contribute to our mission of enabling millions of individuals in cities across the globe to shape the future of their communities.
As a Freelance Product Designer, you will collaborate intimately with our Head of Product, Senior Product Designer, and engineering team to craft user experiences that are both accessible and impactful for civic engagement, benefiting both administrators and residents. Your responsibilities will include:
Your Focus:
Designing intuitive workflows tailored for complex enterprise features such as permissions, integrations, and multi-department collaboration.
Auditing and refining the existing platform UX/UI based on comprehensive user research and feedback.
Creating high-fidelity prototypes and design system components.
Collaborating with product and engineering teams during 8-week development cycles following the Shape Up methodology.
