Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
Surpass sales targets through strategic store visits, events, and relationship-building initiatives.
Collaborate with management to create effective sales strategies and schedules.
Design a monthly calendar focusing on priority stores to achieve sales objectives.
Exhibit superior selling skills and foster strong client relationships.
Provide engaging training that consistently drives sales outcomes.
Partner with store leadership to support new store openings and brand initiatives.
Training, Events & Education:
Educate store teams on key products to enhance recommendations and boost retail sales.
Develop brand advocates through effective training on selling behaviors and client engagement.
Monitor event sales impact and innovate strategies to enhance retail performance.
Train all store associates on product knowledge and essential selling skills.
Calendar Execution:
Implement store visit calendars and provide comprehensive recaps of successes and opportunities.
Deliver detailed weekly updates on business insights and celebrations.
Communication:
Maintain regular communication with management on status updates and brand opportunities.
Address stock concerns proactively with the management and retail partners.
