Key Responsibilities:
Sales Responsibilities:
Surpass sales targets as established by ILIA through strategic store visits, events, and relationship-building efforts.
Coordinate visit schedules with store management and devise plans to meet sales objectives and implement corporate initiatives.
Develop a monthly calendar focused on key retail locations to achieve sales goals.
Exhibit superior selling abilities and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Deliver effective and engaging training that consistently drives sales results.
Build and maintain strong relationships to drive sales and provide exceptional customer service.
Collaborate with store and brand leadership to ensure successful new store openings.
Training, Events & Education:
Educate store teams on hero products to enhance their ability to recommend products and increase retail sales.
Foster brand advocates by training them on key selling techniques and service behaviors that promote customer loyalty.
Monitor and assess the impact of events on sales.
Initiate creative strategies to drive sales and retail performance.
Provide training to all retail associates, inter-sell associates, and freelancers on brand products and necessary selling skills.
Calendar Execution:
Activate and maintain the store visit calendar; summarize successes and opportunities post-visit in T-Sheets.
Deliver detailed weekly reports on business opportunities, highlights, and celebrations.
Communication:
Engage in regular status calls with your manager and prepare updates as required.
Collaborate with store leadership alongside your manager to identify brand opportunities.
Address stock issues with the manager and retail partners as necessary to support business operations.
