This position is available to candidates in the Napa Valley metropolitan area and reports to the Sales, Artistry & Education Account Executive for Northern California.
Key Responsibilities of ILIA Sales and Education Advisor:
Sales
Surpass sales targets set by ILIA through dedicated store visits, events, and relationship building.
Collaborate with store management to develop a visit schedule and strategic plans aimed at achieving sales objectives and implementing corporate initiatives.
Create a monthly calendar to focus on priority stores and meet sales goals.
Demonstrate superior selling skills with a proven track record of setting and achieving sales goals.
Deliver effective and engaging training that consistently improves sales outcomes.
Build and maintain strong relationships to drive sales and provide excellent customer service.
Partner with store and brand leadership teams to ensure successful execution of new store openings.
Training, Events & Education
Educate retail teams on key products to enhance their ability to recommend to clients, thereby driving retail sales.
Cultivate brand advocates within stores by training on essential sales and service behaviors that foster client relationships and loyalty.
Monitor and analyze sales performance from events.
Innovate new strategies to enhance sales and retail results.
Train retail associates, inter-sell associates, and freelancers on brand products and sales techniques necessary to achieve goals.
Calendar Execution
Activate the store visit calendar to optimize sales efforts.
