Provide first and second-line support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Resolve issues related to Windows, Office 365, VPN, printers, and mobile devices.
Maintain and configure desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Log, track, and resolve incidents and service requests via the ticketing system.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of service desk processes.
