The Role
HubSpot is seeking a dynamic French Customer Success Manager who thrives on creativity to address challenges, cultivate enduring relationships with businesses, and empower clients to leverage our software for their inbound marketing objectives. As a Customer Success Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor, possessing an in-depth understanding of your clients' operations and the resources they require for growth. Each customer is unique; your day might involve collaborating with a Marketing Manager from a carpet manufacturing company to enhance their keyword ranking for “stain resistant carpet” through effective blogging strategies, followed by discussions with a CMO from a software firm on converting free trials into paying customers via marketing automation and sales platforms.
This role is available in our Dublin and Paris offices, or remotely from anywhere in Ireland or France.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Manage a portfolio of 100 to 200 customer relationships, ranging from new clients to those who have been utilizing HubSpot for several years.
- Engage regularly with clients to comprehend their objectives and align them with the appropriate resources to achieve success.
- Collaborate with various HubSpot teams to 'solve for the customer', including onboarding, upselling, cross-selling, and renewals, while gaining extensive knowledge of HubSpot’s software to assist clients in fully adopting the platform.
- Your daily tasks will blend proactive engagement and reactive support, granting you considerable autonomy in managing your customer portfolio. Proactive efforts will include 4-5 scheduled deep-dive meetings with clients each day to assess their progress, provide strategic recommendations, and keep them informed about HubSpot’s latest features. Reactive tasks may involve addressing queries related to invoices or software usage.
