Job Title: Front Desk Coordinator
Department: Store Administration
Salary: $18-$19 per hour, based on experience
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the appearance and organization of the front area
- Check clients in and out for their appointments
- Explain product benefits and uses to potential customers
- Engage with customers via in-person, phone, and email to understand their needs
- Keep updated on the company's various products and services
- Build and maintain relationships with clients visiting the store
- Monitor client communications through messaging systems
- Perform administrative tasks, including processing and recording sales as needed
- Adhere to safety protocols
- Manage product rebates and monthly promotions, updating medical providers on specials and coordinating with product representatives as necessary, including correcting errors related to codes and expired rebates
- Complete other duties as assigned by management
