As part of the JOEY Accelerated Leadership Program, a three-month fast-tracked development initiative, you will harness your leadership skills and learn how to effectively manage a multi-million-dollar restaurant operation. This program is designed for those who have demonstrated leadership capabilities and are eager to advance their careers. You will learn to lead through coaching within a high-performing culture, gaining the knowledge and tools necessary to thrive in the JOEY Restaurant Business and Community.
As a Front of House Service Leader, your contributions will be pivotal to the success of our restaurant and its team. You will be responsible for recruiting, retaining, and developing a high-performing team of 50-100 individuals while fostering their personal growth. You will also drive the execution of quarterly strategic goals while maintaining the highest standards in product quality, profitability, and guest experience.
