Your Future Role at Primagaz
The Front Office Customer Advisor's mission is to strengthen the relationship between the company and clients by addressing their requests and needs with the aim of fostering loyalty and satisfaction while adhering to the commercial policy.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Ensuring Client Satisfaction and Loyalty
Managing and addressing all "multichannel" requests from existing or prospective clients
Forwarding client requests to the relevant departments
Analyzing client files to propose appropriate solutions
Adhering to company standards and policies in all interactions
