Qualifications
- Several years of experience in branded hotels, preferably within the Accor Group- Proven management experience in a similar role (front office or rooms division)- Strong proficiency in hotel IT systems, particularly Opera Cloud- Comprehensive understanding of front office management, quality assurance, and revenue optimization- Excellent command of German and English; French is a plus- Highly organized, resilient, and efficient, even in high-pressure situations- Entrepreneurial mindset with a responsible, hands-on, and team-oriented approach- Communicative, engaging, and confident demeanor

As the Front Office Manager, you will be at the core of our hotel operations in Bern. Your role will encompass both operational and strategic responsibilities for the front and back office areas, ensuring premier service quality that aligns with Swissôtel and Accor standards. You will cultivate your team through effective leadership, appreciation, and clear communication.
- Oversee the organization and processes for seamless operations within the front and back office
- Lead, coach, and develop the front office team while managing deployment and cost planning
- Collaborate closely with internal departments such as booking, revenue management, housekeeping, events, and food & beverage
- Engage in budgeting, goal setting, and monitoring departmental performance
- Maintain an active presence in daily operations as the Manager on Duty
