Key Responsibilities:
Perform essential administrative and organizational tasks, including monitoring deadlines, coordinating appointments, generating invoices, managing payment transactions, and maintaining correspondence via letters, emails, and Excel spreadsheets.
Draft contractual documents and handle various writing and organizational duties.
Engage with clients directly, both in person and over the phone, regarding organizational matters.
Prepare for and follow up on internal meetings and events.
Plan and organize business travel arrangements.
Utilize digital media in your daily tasks.
