Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial phone conversations using a fixed script.
- Maintain a friendly and calm demeanor during all interactions.
- Adhere strictly to guidelines with no room for interpretation.
- Document the outcome of each call according to set protocols.
New to Sales? No Problem!
If you’re looking to transition into a new field, we provide comprehensive training to equip you with the necessary skills to succeed. Previous sales experience is not required, as our internal training system will guide you through your onboarding process.
Compensation:
A competitive base salary of €3,000 monthly gross (plus annual commission payments).
