We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers for our community in LakeHouse Three Rivers. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in delivering hands-on care and emotional support to our residents, ensuring a safe and welcoming home-like atmosphere.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in residents' rooms and common areas.
- Supporting residents in maintaining their independence and dignity while ensuring their physical safety.
- Assisting residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, ambulating, transferring, and eating, as directed.
- Engaging residents in meaningful life skills and enrichment activities.
What We Are Looking For:
- Preferred: Certified Nurse Aide certification.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Experience working with seniors is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with residents, management, and team members.
- Outstanding customer service abilities.
- Capability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Demonstrated good judgment and problem-solving skills.
