Key Responsibilities:
As a Center Store Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service in our grocery department. Your role will include:
- Creating a welcoming atmosphere with fast, friendly, and accurate service.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of shelves and displays.
- Ensuring compliance with company guidelines for stocking and product display.
- Utilizing company tools effectively for inventory management.
- Adhering to Food Safety and Workplace Safety protocols.
- Addressing any unsafe conditions promptly to ensure a safe environment.
- Wearing the Food Lion uniform with pride, maintaining a neat appearance.
- Completing required training and onboarding materials.
- Performing additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:

- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
